Data Co-Coordinator

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

- Data Migration
- Project Coordination.
- Risk/Issue Management.
- Quality and Change Coordination.
- Client Relationship Coordination.
- Project Closure.
- Ability to perform hands-on management to supplement work stream leads.

KEY OBJECTIVES:

- Coordination of key Data Migration project activities within timescales between Core and Local Project Teams.
- Identification, analysis and escalation of potential risks and issues.
- Ensuring quality of project deliverables and management of quality issues.
- Successful coordination of change into a Business Project Environment.
- Maintaining all necessary communication lines within project teams and Client organizations.
- Set up and maintenance of risk and issue management policies and procedures.
- Coordination of resource scheduling and allocation.
- Coordinating the running of review/status meetings with project team, client sponsors and steering committees.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Builds immediate credibility with key clients.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:

- Recent hands-on Data Migration coordination within an SAP consultancy.
- Experience of Technical Project Coordination using Microsoft Project.

SAP Integration experience (desired).
