NETWORK ENGINEER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in St. Louis, Missouri.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- This position will be primarily responsible for technical operations and infrastructure support of network, security and load balancing system components.
- Resolution of escalated incidents
- Analysis and configuration changes needed to solve complex system problems
- PDCA method for continuous improvement efforts targeted to improve supportability, reduce current service costs or avoid future cost increases
- Verification and validation testing of existing and new infrastructure to insure compliance to operational and application requirements

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Demonstrated experience with complex multitenant data center network switching, routing and security infrastructure design, configuration management and transition to support;
- Demonstrated master level experience with three or more of the following infrastructure management applications
- PRIME (LMS, NCS, NAM, NGA, VNE)
- Orion
- IPAM,
- SCOM,
- VCOPS,
- UCS Manager,
- nGenius,
- Wireshark
- Network (LAN/WAN) Troubleshooting Experience (Required),
- Cisco Switch/Router/ASA Management Knowledge (Required),
- Checkpoint Firewall knowledge (Plus),
- Cisco Wireless Management Knowledge (Plus),
- Experience Managing Multiple Vendors (Required),
- Experience Managing Data Center Infrastructures (Required),
- Experience with BlueCat IPAM (Plus),
- Experience with BlueCoat Proxy (Plus),
- Experience with Citrix Netscaler Load Balancer (Plus), Performance and Configuration Management Skills (Required), Project Management Experience (Plus),
- Strong Customer Service Skills (Required)
