Projektbeschreibung

Data Center Engineer required by a global, market leader to be responsible for the management of IT datacenters, including creating capacity reporting, procedures, staging Hardware, update CMDB, manage access to datacenters, guide suppliers, execute changes, manage DC capacity (floorspace, power, cooling), stakeholder management with capacity manager and colleagues in US and Asia.

Essential Requirements

- At least 3 years Data Center management and operational experience
- Basic knowledge of Unix, Linux and Windows networking.
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Flexibility to work shift/standby duties (Weekday 13x16hrs, Weekends 13x48)
- Customer facing experience
- Exposure to working with international colleagues

Initially, this is a 6 month contract from the 1st January, 2013.

It is an excellent opportunity challenge one's self in an enterprise scale and international environment.
