Projektbeschreibung

The Technical Analyst - 3PL Reporting is responsible for designing and developing production and ad hoc reports in support of the 3PL business and 3PL customers

Responsibilities include:
"    Implementing Business Intelligence solutions (technology, data, applications, processes and training);
"    Leading the completion of initiation, requirements, design, build, test, implementation, and support of Business Intelligence solutions;
"    Coordinating reporting and data analysis projects and requests across the Information Technology, Operations and Logistics, 3PL Sales, Financial Operations and Program Management, Finance, and Regulatory teams; and
"    Ensuring compliance with technical standards and processes.

Responsibilities
"    Delivers projects with high quality, within the agreed upon budgetary and time constraints in accordance with business and customer expectations.  Develops and employs best practices in data analytics and reporting with an objective to streamline work processes.
"    Monitors and ensures a high level of customer satisfaction regarding reporting activities that are executed across IS functions. Ensures the delivery of reporting and analytical support that is consistent with end user expectations and service level agreements.
"     Performs ad hoc analysis and reports in support of the Information Technology, Operations and Logistics, 3PL Sales, Financial Operations and Program Management, Finance, and Regulatory teams.
"    Partners with customers to identify overall business and information reporting requirements.  
"    Designs, builds and tests standard production reports/processes to support the 3PL business and 3PL customers.
"    Responsible for data validation and leading activities to troubleshoot data issues.  Develops recommendations for streamlining data maintenance processes.
"    Designs, builds, tests, implements, trains and provides support for new reporting and analytic solutions and projects using SSRS and SQL.
"    Manages assigned tasks while juggling urgent requests as they arise. Provides regular verbal and written project communications/updates of status and issues. Identifies resource requirements to support Business Intelligence area.
"    Manages portfolio of BI tools and applications supporting simple and deep analytics.  Leads evaluation of new BI tools and applications.
"    Facilitates the definition of business and system requirements for new Business Intelligence initiatives. Coordinates all ongoing development of production BI tools and applications.
"    Supports the creation and/or updates to system documentation in accordance with regulatory, financial, legal and/or departmental requirements.
"    Leverages organizational skills (time management, priority setting, methodology/process approach, use of project management tools) to develop plans and track activities. Works with team members to establish priorities based on business drivers.

Supplemental Responsibilities:
"    Augments the QA team for testing as required.
"    Supports compliance efforts for CFR 21, Part 11 as required.
"    Augment ERP Support team as required.
"    Performs additional duties as directed.

Qualifications
"    Bachelors Degree or equivalent
"    5 years of experience working in a product or analytical services based company;  pharmaceutical or healthcare experience a plus
"    3-5 years experience in developing and supporting Operations, Sales and Marketing reporting and analytics solutions.
"    Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization
"    Demonstrated analytical skills
"    Ability to identify opportunities that lead to operational improvements and/or savings
"    Expertise in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Management Studio 2008 - SSIS, SSAS, SQL Profiler and Crystal Reports.
"    BI implementation experience is a plus.
"    Expert with MS Excel and Access is a must.
"    Proficient with Word and PowerPoint.
"    Experience working with many and varied third party data and software vendors.
"    Strong database design and SQL programming skills is a plus.
"    Self-starter with a sense of urgency, ability to work independently and in a team setting involving multiple departments, partners, and business processes.
