- Ensures all raw materials have the required status so they can be used in our manufacturing facilities, and that the correct Kosher symbol is assigned to finished product packages.
- Review raw materials, formulas and product specs.
- Complete the corresponding Kosher sections on specs.
- Make submissions on Kosher Agencies websites.
- Maintain updated Kosher databases.
- Provide finished product certificates as requested by customers and other contacts.
- Completes Kosher spec reviews on time and accurately.
- Maintains an updated request tracker.
- Identifies issues with raw materials, formulas and product specs.
- Gains the trust of R&D partners and Kosher agencies and is able to answer their questions.
SKILLS:
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Organized, attentive to detail, multi-tasker, good communicator
- Knowledge of product portfolio and business/project processes
- Interspec, Teamsites, Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
