DATA ARCHITECT, FINANCIAL SERVICES, CONTRACT 550-650 GBP + 100 GBP PER DIEM, DATA DICTIONARY, DATA MIGRATION, DATA GOVERNANCE, HONG KONG

My client is a leading financial services provider seeking a Data Architect for an initial three month (scope for extension) contract based in Hong Kong. This contract opportunity is looking to offer 550-650 GBP + 100 GBP per diem.

The successful candidate will be required to:

- Oversee the Data Model design to ensure that best interests are addressed
- Implement Data Governance - 1st task being to get Change Control in place for the Data Dictionary
- Oversee and opine on the data migration design
- Contribute to the design of data cleansing
- Contribute to the design of the rationalisation of System generated files from countries, as they are currently inconsistent.
- QA the solution design

The successful candidate will need to be articulate, persuasive and have good stakeholder management skills.

There is an opportunity to develop a lot of these data standards from scratch.

Longer term, there is a requirement for a test team to support UAT.
