Data Analytics Analyst

12 months initial contract, with option to extend
Our client is undergoing a global transformation project to enhance their internal CRM and deploy it upon a new Cloud infrastructure.
The customer is at the centre of the new CRM design and as such we are searching for an analytical person with the ability to help deliver this.
As the Data Analyst, based in the Zurich offices you will be responsible for:
- Be responsible for mapping out the client journey and contact points, using statistical and data analysis methods to suggest future solution designs for the CRM
- Datamodelling of multiple scenarios based on current, historic and future needs
- Understand the digital connection points and suggest improvements with this in mind
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure their needs are being fully met
- Be intrinsically involved in the design and delivery of a new, future state, customer centric CRM
Required skills/experience:
- Strong commercial experience as a Data Analyst/data analytics specialist
- Strong Datamodelling and mapping experience
- A strong technology background/understanding including UX, UI and CX
- Experience with customer data or journeys is beneficial, but not required
- Fluency in German is a significant advantage
