ROLE - Data Analyst - SAS - SQL - Excel - London - £400/day

PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAMME

Our client, a leading UK retail bank require the services of a Data Analyst to work on a Urgent PPI workstream.

CORE SKILLS

The successful candidate will:

- Assist the Project Manager in the specification of future functionality and application requirements
- Work alongside the existing MI development team and subject matter experts in the delivery of MI
- Support definition of user materials to support MI dashboard delivery
- Support and participate in technical meetings in conjunction with business and technology teams
- Provide status updates to the MI Project Manager

- Ability to plan own workload and prioritise tasks

DESIRED SKILLS

- Previous delivery of MI using MS Access, Excel, VBA and SQL
- Experience in retail banking
- Useful to have (not essential) Oracle 10g Mainframe experience

We are looking for a Technical Analyst who can add value to the team.  Someone who can interact with management without constant supervision. A self-starter. We are looking for someone capable of taking the initiative and adding value to the existing MI team.
