Data Analyst - Sales Operations

Seeking a Data Analyst to assist Sales Operations with long term data cleansing project related to SalesForce.com. This position will work with the Global Channel and Sales Operations teams to develop and implement a plan for the review, consolidation and deletion of duplicate and invalid records in SalesForce.com.

In addition, this person will work with our Oracle customer master team to ensure that records coming into SalesForce.com from Oracle are identified and used as primary record. This role will also assist in the development of set record creation standards for the field going forward.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

- Regular review of customer data for alignment to data standards
- Review and removal of duplicate customer records in SalesForce.com
- Support of customer data hub in Oracle to minimize duplicate records
- Maintain the integrity of our customer information
- Assist customer master team with data cleansing activities
- Assist in creating and maintaining Customer Maintenance process documentation
- Assist with implementation of process changes or enhancements

SKILLS:

4 year college degree or 4 years of equivalent experience

- Experience with SalesForce.com and/or Oracle
- Experience with CRM Fusion or similar data quality tool
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Effective time management skills are required along with strong attention to detail
