PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAMME

The Simplification programme is aimed at achieving significant business growth and improvements through the simplification of our business model and the automation of our processes.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The successful candidate will own and manage the design, delivery and running of a new spreadsheet based workflow tool to log information about colleagues and their progress through a complex process. They will work with colleagues across the SME business to identify, collate and agree detailed business requirements. The role will also involve the design of straightforward MI solutions and the subsequent delivery of agreed solutions by the resource. The candidate will also be required to run the process and report progress to key stakeholders.

- Working with key stakeholders across the business to identify their requirements for the process
- Identifying, collating and documenting business requirements which are agreed with key stakeholders
- Translating business requirements into data requirements to design an agreed solution
- Delivery of the agreed solutions
- Using the developed tool to run the process and produce reports/MI for management on the progress of the process
- Supporting the rollout and implementation of MI and reports into the business
