Data Analyst/Project Manager

Will assume responsibility for collecting and synthesizing social media feedback; and using that feedback to make responsible recommendations for improvements to product and process teams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Familiar and proficient in accessing and understanding various sources of online customer feedback
o Online communities and forums
o Mass channels such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube
o Influential sites such as Google+ and reddit
o Online product reviews
o Emerging social channels
Capable of building a case based on consumer feedback to drive improvements to the company and the consumer experience.
Able to work with software and hardware engineers and internal process owners to provide them with the data and information they need to reproduce and address issues.
Can be trusted to interact with customers online in a way that is a credit to the company. SKILLS:

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
Strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills.
Technical ability, detail-oriented, able to manage relationships with various teams and groups.
Creative analyst of data to find hidden meaning of value.
Full understanding of consumer experience with telecom and Android OS- required.
Experience with consumer support channels - call centers, Web sites, etc.
Experience with social media, how the different social channels work, and how to engage on those channels.
Self-starter, able to work independently at the fast-pace required by social media. Good manager of time; essential ability to meet deadlines.
Judgment to determine when an issue can be managed independently, when it requires help or escalation.
Six Sigma understanding, training or certification a plus; able to correctly evaluate the importance of information.
Able to manipulate, share and present data in an effective manner (spreadsheets, presentations, written, etc.)
