A Data Analyst Oracle HRMS is required to work on the data conversion and analysis for an Oracle HRMS reimplementation from Oracle R11 to R12. The Data Analyst Oracle HRMS will be taking responsibility for the Data cleansing, creating and mapping data ready for migration.

The Data Analyst Oracle HRMS will have experience of the following:

Experience of moving Oracle R11 to R12 with mapping and Data conversion.

Data Cleansing - identifying data cleansing needs prior to migration.

Data creation -Identify where data needs to be created to support data migration and create data in the correct format.

Produce Data Sets for testing

The ability to interpret functional specifications

Production of documentation
The Data Analyst Oracle HRMS will also have experience of Excel and Access. The Data Analyst Oracle HRMS role will be for an initial period of 3 months at a rate of £295 per day.
