DATA ANALYST needed for a contract opportunity with SAP AMERICA located in NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Managing registration and enrollment of class participants
- Scheduling classrooms and catering requirements
- Support projects by running reports and analysing data
- Analyze data and build reports, as well as summarize in writing for executives
- Assist in the formatting of data to present it so it makes sense
- Managing the loading of eLearning content into the company learning platform
- Assisting GCO University program managers in the efficient conducting of classes for the North America sales organization

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelors degree and previously related experience
- Advanced MS Excel (V-lookups, Pivot Tables, Formulas)
- Data analysis
- Excellent verbal and written skills including ability to proofread and correct for errors
- Able to quickly learn, understand and use tools and systems to perform the key job requirements
- Ability to virtually manage the logistics associated with a program/project conducted in multiple cities for multiple audiences
- Proficient in MS Office - Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
