Data Analyst Job

DATA ANALYST needed for a 13 WEEK CONTRACT opportunity with AN SAP AFFILIATED CLIENT located in San Francisco, CA.

THE BIG PICTURE:

The individual is responsible for reviewing customer sales order data in our ERP for accuracy and solving any discrepancies in terms of dates, products, billing amounts etc. Ensure timely and accurate processing of renewal orders across multiple geographic locations. This position requires a strong individual with the ability to prioritize, plan and execute on daily activities to support the Renewal's goals and objectives.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Review customer billing data and able to confirm validity and identify any discrepancies.
- Review and interpret software subscription contracts terms and conditions, and be able to confirm validity and accuracy.
- Maintain customer records, files, and documents.
- Perform miscellaneous administrative functions as they relate to customer data (research billing discrepancies, updating customer records, etc).

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- College degree in accounting/finance/business management preferred.
- Detail oriented with a background in data processing/mining.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to multiple task.
- Knowledge of cloud based accounting software modules will be a plus, background in SAP, NetSuite or GreatPlains OM and Billing Applications acceptable.
