Data/MI Analyst - 6 month contract - West Yorkshire - £250 - 270 per day (human resources, HR, data analysis, Excel, VBA)

My prestigious financial services client in West Yorkshire is looking for a Data/MI Analyst on an initial 6 month contract. You will be responsible for supporting the HR department with the development of databases and systems that deliver robust MI and data.

Your key tasks will include working with all teams across HR to provide MI/reporting solutions, building and maintaining databases, extracting data from these systems and ensuring that all reporting, data and MI is accurate and consistent. MI refers to salary reviews, monthly and annual bonus payments and all ad-hoc projects within the business.

The ideal candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

* Extremely strong numerical and analytical skills

* Avanced Excel capabilities

* VBA/MS Access skills

* Good at problem solving

* High attention to detail

* Ability to communicate complex theories across all levels of a business

* Ideally you will come from a HR or financial services background
