Projektbeschreibung

Responsibilities:

SharePoint

- Serve as primary OIT SharePoint support lead with GTA, IBM, and the DHS Division/Offices to gather, analyze, and document business requirements as they relate to the upgrade of DHS SharePoint 2003 Infrastructure to 2007.
- Work with IBM to test the SharePoint upgrade and migrate the SharePoint team sites to the new Servers.
- Perform SharePoint administration for version 2003 and 2007.
- Create and design SharePoint team sites based on business unit requirements.
- Manage site security and ensure that site content meets the DHS security guidelines and standards.
- Provide leader-led SharePoint classroom training for Version 2007.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of SharePoint 2007 training materials.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint problems for version 2003 and 2007.

Wireless Support

- Monitor the OIT Wireless Support Mailbox and immediately respond to client requests.
- Troubleshoot and escalate BlackBerry problems.
- Activate new wireless devices and upgrade wireless devices.
- Maintain wireless inventories, metrics and logs in SharePoint.

Disputes & Invoice Validation

- Use inventories and system tools to validate the GETS invoices and file disputes.
- Identify validation approaches and improvements to the dispute processes.
- Meet with DHS Business Units to review GETS resource unit counts and identify areas to research further.
- Identify anomalies and trends within and across the resource units.
- Track disputes through resolution.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or related field, specialized training
- Minimum of 3 years SharePoint (2003 and 2007 version) experience and working with IT teams. SharePoint 2010 is a plus.
- Proven SharePoint Central Administration capability. Certification is a plus.
- Experience using BlackBerry and other wireless devices.
- Experience capturing and documenting business/system requirements
- Excellent oral and written communications skills required
- Strong analytic, problem solving, business judgment and organization skills required
- Experience working with all levels of staff and management in customer departments, as well as different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
- Utilized knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
