DATA ANALYST (BANKING - ANTI MONEY LAUNDERING), CONTRACT, DUBLIN CITY CENTRE (LONG TERM CONTRACT)
Data Analyst proficient in Teradata SQL required for a 13 month contract position in Dublin City Centre.
You will be responsible for providing technical, analytical and reporting support to the Financial Crime unit within the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience Teradata SQL.
ROLE
Working with the Financial Crime (FC) team to identify trends to monitor, generating sample data direct from Data Warehouse for FC to review, testing and subsequent implementation on Norkom.
Amending AML thresholds/criteria for existing detection scenarios.
All data analysis requests relating to the outputs from the AML detection scenarios.
Determining where amendments to the Norkom Scenario Manager views are required and implementing these.
REQUIREMENTS
5 years' experience in Teradata SQL.
Good working knowledge of BRIO and Excel.
Ability to work on systems other than the Data Warehouse, eg UNIX based systems, Oracle database (no previous knowledge required).
A 3rd level computer science degree or equivalent qualification.
Strong attention to detail particularly in the area of testing, developing, documenting and implementing test plans.
Excellent Daily rate on offer for the right candidate.
