WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Mantas AML Business/Data analyst plus UAT support will be responsible for working with Project Management team & Application Support.

Review BRDs, FRDs and work with DWH/Mantas SME partner teams to deliver consistent quality projects within specified timelines and approved budgets. Candidate is required to have excellent communication (written and verbal) skills, profound knowledge on AML space and proven experience in Data analytical skills using Oracle SQL queries

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-

Excellent knowledge of the project life cycle and application development process methodologies related to Mantas AMLanalyze data feeds and reporting for other key project activities in conjunction with Project Manager as required
-

Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis queries as requested by project team leader, business users, and/or senior management alike
-

Maintain the project file and all required technical documentation.
-

Identify risks and provide suggested mitigating actions
-

Possess implementation experience with commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and in-house software and components
-

15- Candidate must have deep understanding of all phases and requirements of the Software Development Life Cycle
-

16- Coordinates with Project Manager, Senior Business/Data Analyst, Development Manager, and other team members to align business and technical standards and policies

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE

-

4+ years of experience in implementing Compliance Technology solutions for Financial industry
-

Prior 2+ years of experience working on Oracle Mantas or similar AML Monitoring platform
-

High proficiency in business knowledge of AML customer reference and transaction data for financial industry
-

Working knowledge on Actimize Risk Case Manager deployments.

MANDATORY SKILLS

High proficiency in Oracle MANTAS product, business and data analysis

High proficiency in Oracle MANTAS data model (highly preferred)

High proficiency in business knowledge of AML data for financial industry

Proficiency in Oracle SQL querying skills and detailed data quality analysis experience

Proficiency in Shell Scripting, Web Technologies, Actimize RCM.

Experience with writing BRDs, FRDs, working with Development team and reviewing TDDs, conducting, participating User Acceptance Testing

Excellent Stakeholder communication skills

DESIRABLE SKILLS

-

Exposure to other RDBMS, for example, Oracle
-

Experience in other AML software implementations or compliance applications; eg Actimize Risk Case Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

-

Bachelor degree in Computer Science with 5+ years of experience in Information Technology or equivalent work experience

Good verbal, analytical, assertiveness and written communication skills in dealing within IT and with Compliance, Business and Operations stakeholders

Ability to work independently or as part of a culturally diverse team and experience in working with global teams on global projects
