For our customer in Zurich we are looking for a Data Analyst
Scope of work:
deal with a variety of standard and non-standard activities for a team or a certain area as experts and/or as supervisors. This may include administrative or professional work and keeping processes and data up-to-date.
Span of Control:
typically manage a small team. As line managers, they are responsible for results-oriented management.
This includes:
active employee management based on UBSs management principles; adherence to budget and compliance rules and to the relevant internal guidelines and legal provisions; supervision of daily operational business. They work within clearly defined processes, with sufficient leeway for their own input.
Organizational impact:
- Demonstrated Identity and Access Mgmt. software experience (preferably BMC Information gathering activities such as surveying, analysing and evaluating processes, products and services, by using a variety of internal and/or external data
- Determining required solutions and assisting in implementations
- Documenting as is and to be processes and business requirements documents
- Supporting project management tasks in the areas of quality control and project management
- Coordinating the work of more Junior Analysts
Key deliverables:
- Process documentation
- Business requirements documentation
- Recommendations for improvements, solutions and respective implementation plans
