Data Analyst

As a leading healthcare provider that leverages information technology to deliver affordable and high quality healthcare to its 9M members we are happy to extend our search for an innovative Data Analyst to add to our team. Our Servers are located in data centers mainly in Corona, CA, Napa, CA and Silver Springs, MD and the server operations are managed by IBM. Servers are continuously added to the data centers to meet the application driven demand.

The position will support the governance and reporting of business requests for new Servers and services; and also participate in process changes for an initiative to reduce the overall cycle time for delivering new Servers and services. This individual will collaborate with multiple teams and requesters through the Intake, Design, and Approval phases to ensure processing time is minimized. The individual will also be expected to analyze the process and provide recommendations to improve the process. The Analyst should be self-motivated, flexible, detailed, a strong communicator and a team player.

MINIMUM NUMBER OF YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 1-5 years

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree

TOP 1 - 5 DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Track, monitor, and expedite all server/labor requests through different phases to meet SLAs

2. Publish reports/presentations on the status of the requests through various stages of approval

3. Track associated financial approvals

4. Analyze current state and provide suggestions to improve

5. Manage the annual new server forecast and track and report against it
