Data Analyst

Role: Business Analyst

Location:East Kent

Rate: £280 per day

Length of Contract: 3-6 months

Duties:

- Analysing and documenting business processes and converting them into IT deliverables.
- Main contact within IT acting as a SME for the business.
- Capturing, understanding and recording the business day to day.
- Designing and documenting workflows.
- Providing the link between the customer/ stakeholders, development team and any third party regarding software functionality.
- Designing and executing test scenarios and test scripts.
- Review of project Risk and Issue documentation to ensure that it is in line with business case and department process.

Key skills:

- To lead meetings and provide direction to a diverse community of technical, business and clinical staff.
- To be able to communicate both verbally and in writing to all levels.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
- Awareness of the Prince 2 methodologies.
- Awareness of ITIL Service Management.
- NHS experience would definitely be preferred.
