We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Cyber Security Intelligence Analyst to join a specialist team working for a large government organisation based in Belgium on a long term freelance ( contract) basis for up to 3 years.
The successful Cyber Security Intelligence Analyst will have to work in a highly confidential and closed environment. You must hold a valid SC (security cleared), DV (developed vetting), NATO Secret or NATO CTS security clearance (or equivalent).
Key Responsibilities of the Cyber Security Intelligence Analyst:
- Responsible for key cyber security threats, significant cyber security incidents and relevant post incident analysis
- Analysis of cyber security incident trends and then suggestion of improvement to cyber security processes in use within NCIRC TCIMS
- Acting as incident handling officer working closely with external partners and key internal stakeholders
The successful Cyber Security Intelligence Analyst will boast:
- One or more relevant certification eg SANS (GSEC, GCIA), CISSP, CISM or equivalent
- Advanced cyber security environment experience with an emphasis on post incident management/analysis
- Excellent communication skills across both technical and non technical formats with partners and management including insightful report writing
- Technical experience across Arcsight products, detection systems (NIDS, HIDS), security event generating sources, CIRC, CERT, Network security appliances
