Cyber Program Manager

Montash have been engaged by a Global Organisation to source and secure a Cyber Program Manager to work in a complex and fast paced environment. The Programme Manager will work to coordinate, monitor, and facilitate the work of other areas, such as Engineering, Operations and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Coordinate Cyber initiatives across key stakeholders to establish program scope and understand schedule requirements

Identify areas of risk and opportunity, manage conflicts, and collaboratively create mutually acceptable solutions

Develop, edit, maintain and publish program/project management documentation including, scope definitions, schedules, risk management reports and resource estimates for assigned initiatives

Maintain operational services across Cyber Response and Cyber Security

Skills and Requirements

10+ years professional experience with a Bachelor's Degree

Qualified or working towards certification like CISSP, CISM or CISA

Qualified or working towards certification like ITIL, Prince2 or PMP

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and the ability to work effectively and professionally across a wide range of constituencies

Good understanding of security operations and technologies

Strong understanding of standard Project Management tools such as MS Project and Visio.
