Cutover Coordinator Salesforce - Utrecht - 3 months +

English speaking role

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

- Prefererably experience with Salesforce and SAP
- Experience in working with BI solutions is an advantage
- Experience in working with ETL tools is preferred, but desired

THE ROLE:

- Create/update the Cutover Detailed plans for Sales & Marketing, with support of the Functional/Technical teams, and communicate to relevant stakeholders.
- Report on progress of plan preparation
- Define Cutover Approach for Sales & Marketing and communicate to relevant stakeholders
- Provide input for the Cutover Integrated plan: Activities, Resources and Shift planning
- Ensure resource shifts are documented in the Cutover Support Plan, in line with the detailed plans
- Mutually agree on task dependencies with other teams and agree on communication upon tasks completion
- Manage and report-out on cutover plan execution
- Provide guidance to and ensure alignment with Local Cutover Coordinators
- Monitor and report on Cutover Execution for Sales and Marketing
- Manage issues & risks during preparation and execution and escalate where needed to Cutover Management team
- Lead the support and incubation of the Professional global template migrations and enhancements until they reach steady state, ready to hand to over to the line of business.
- Ensure smooth and successful implementation and transfer of new services and ensure Service Management procedures are established and documented.
- Coordinate Data migration
- Assure data migration planning is planned and aligned with Central Cutover plan as well as with the local data coordinators in the countries
- Drive execution of data migration during the cutovers, mitigate any issues that surface
