Customs and Trade Manager

For our client in BASEL we are looking for a CUSTOMS AND TRADE MANAGER for a 5-MONTHS contract.

JOB TITLE: CUSTOMS AND TRADE MANAGER

DURATION: 01/10/2018 TO 28/02/2019

LOCATION: BASEL

WORKLOAD: 100%

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage global trade compliance programs, monitor using internal controls (CTC controls in NFCM PIN 13 Framework), assess whether the re-audit on high risk countries are necessary. Ensure the corrective actions and recommendations are monitored and closed; the status report of the project is up-to-date; and the closure of the implementation is performed
- Understand the customs and trade issues within the program assessment in the country, provide executive summary to the Global head CTC and communicate closely with Local Customs and Trade Compliance responsible in order to solve the issue accordingly
- supporting a team and reporting to manager

SKILLLS:
- 2+ years of experience in this area
- Fluent in English
