Customer Training Specialist Job

CUSTOMER TRAINING SPECIALIST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Mesa, AZ.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Responsible for courseware development on various aircraft platforms and delivering academic presentations and instructions
- Evaluate, modify and create course content, training methods and lessons plans
- Develop and provide solutions to a wide variety of technically complex problems
- Supports customer training by coordinating training facilities, assets, media devices, coordinate assets and training records
- Assists primary instructor with conducting routine training sessions as-needed
- Updates existing basic training material by incorporating technical and engineering changes
- Learns and gains proficiency in the use of basic software technology systems

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Previous qualified pilot experience in AH-64D Block II and/or OH-58D
- Approved military or civilian instructor training, pilot certificates, military flying experience and mission deployment is preferred
- In-depth experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Secret Clearance/ability to obtain a secret clearance

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally when required
