- Assisting with taking calls and emails from company representatives or distributors regarding product inquiries
- Provide information for the inquiries or route to the appropriate technical support department
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- AAS degree or three (3) or more years of phone/customer service industry experience
- SAP, Siebel or SalesForce huge +++!
