SKILLS REQUIRED
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Communications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.
- Good knowledge and EXPERIENCE IN TELECOMMUNICATIONS industry especially on IT(NFV) BUSINESS is required. Operator or telecommunications consultancy background is desirable.
- AT LEAST 10 YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN AREAS OF SERVICE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT, service product modelling analysis, and trend evaluation is desired .
- Good communication skills. Good organizational and cross-departmental skills .
- Able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
- Easygoing with an open mind and willingness to learn new things quickly.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct strategic dialogue with clients' C-level to better understand their business needs and identify opportunities for co-operation.
- Lead a cross-department team in analysing and understanding telecom operators' challenges and business strategy. Provide consulting service so as to be able to recommend customized service solutions and/or identify new Customer Support service product opportunities.
- Assist Operators in Service Portfolio Planning based on company's technology suite.
- Create Customer Support Service Product Trusted Advisor status in nominated target accounts.
- Represent company Customer Support Service Product solutions to appropriate industry forums.
- Develop business consulting capabilities for Customer Support Service Product, educate the company Customer Support Service Product consulting team
