CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Park Ridge, NJ

THE BIG PICTURE- TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Experience with "Retail Link"
- Reconcile credits and chargebacks
- Experience managing AR portfolios
- SAP Vistex program experience

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Manage warehouse/wholesale Club AR portfolio
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Meeting difficult month end goals
- Validate claims submitted by warehouse/wholesale clubs
- Enter valid credits into SAP Vistex program
- Run supporting backup reports for claims for price protection
- Reconcile credits and chargebacks
- Processing Instant Rebates
- Experience with "Retail Link" portal extremely helpful

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
