Our customers department is responsible for the portfolio of semiconductors that are used in Car Radios.

scope of work: Responsible for customer support within the Radio domain.

- Q&A/regional support.
- Reviewing customer radio design.
- Creating customer reference material (PCB or customer documents or software releases).
- Reproducing customer reported issues in the lab.

Experience

- Experience in SW defined Radio domain (AM/FM, DAB, HD, DRM) = one of these domains is a MUST 1-3 years
- Experience in technical customer support and/or design-in experience = MUST) 1-3 years
- Hands-on experience in electronic design, Embedded SW and Digital Signal Processing (DSP). = MUST 1-3 years
- Lab measurement skills & automated measurements experience 1-3 years
- Good communication skills 1-3 years
- Software defined radio 1-3 years

Profile:

- BSc or MSc in a technical specialism, like Electronic Engineering.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills (especially English).
- 1-3 years of Technical Customer Support and/or design-in experience
- Experience in SW defined Radio development (AM/FM, DAB, HD, DRM)
- Lab measurement skills & automated measurements experience.
- Hands-on experience in electronic design, Embedded SW and Digital Signal Processing (DSP).
- Willing to travel to customers.
