The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the customer side of change activity across multiple programmes focusing on maintaining a high standard of customer experience and brand reputation during a period of change.
To be considered for this role, applicants should have the following skills:

* Experience developing customer journeys to fully assess end to end customer experience
* Impact Analysis
* Customer Insight
* Process/Business Analysis
