This is an excellent opportunity to join a Top Tier Ecommerce company in Oldham as a Customer Services Project Manager.
- The Interim Project Manager will work closely with the Fulfillment, Customer Service, IT and Change teams based in the UK Operations Centre.
- This interim role is business critical and involves managing client facing projects including integrations into the Fulfillment and Customer Service operation.
- Key projects may include integration of new E-commerce clients into the Fulfilment center, creation of a cost plus operating model, setting up satellite warehouse operation, Warehouse Mezzanine expansion, WMS improvements and Warehouse layout improvements.
KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
ESSENTIAL:
- Must have fulfillment/customer services operations experience
- Ecommerce experience
- Strong programme/project experience
- Strong stakeholder management
- 3-5 years Project Management experience required
