Working for a well-known company within their IT Department you will be working on the IT Service Desk taking IT related calls and escalating to the next level for technical support. You do not need to have an IT technical background as you will be provided with training. You will be answering queries which will come in by phone and email. You need previous customer services experience or similar with a keen interest in IT.
This position is to start ASAP and will pay £7.00 + holiday pay (paye) or £8.25 per hour (Ltd/Umbrella).
