Customer Services Executive- Complaints Team

Projektbeschreibung

The role holder will be responsible for responding to internal and external customers who contact the Investigation and Resolutions Group. They will provide a single point of contact for these customers during their complaint, ensuring individual and departmental objectives are achieved and satisfaction for the customer is improved.

Role Responsibilities:

◦Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers to maximise customer experience and therefore satisfaction

◦Respond to and initiate communication with internal and external customers, providing a courteous and professional service at all times

◦Own internal and external customers' issues to ensure requirements are delivered within agreed timescales and to specification

◦Continually develop own knowledge and skills to meet individual and department objectives

◦Proactively identify and implement recommendations to improve processes

Salary: £19000 - £20000 per annum + holiday. Date posted: 25/03/2013
