Our client - Britain's favourite bed specialist - is dedicated to ensuring that their customers get a great night's sleep.

They currently have an opportunity available for a Customer Service Team Leader to join them on a 9 - 12 month fixed term full time contract.

Working from their Head Office, the Customer Service team take inbound calls from both customers and stores. Candidates will be great communicators (written and verbal) and will demonstrate a strong understanding of how to make customers satisfied and how to handle complaints. You must have worked in a customer service role before and some experience of an office environment will be preferred.

The role involves leading a team of Customer Service Advisors, handling queries on a broad range of issues; before and after sales service, product information, sales enquiries and internet enquiries. You will therefore need to demonstrate an ability to improve performance in others, develop productivity measures and targets, aswell as aiming to achieve consistent productivity.

The successful candidate must be able to work full time flexibly according to the full range of opening hours between 8am and 7pm.
