Project Description:
Description of job: Creates and manages tickets to vendor, provide support to Network Field Operations, reviews data base ticket issues, interfaces with various departments regarding created tickets.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities of job:
Candidate must possess an ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, and have a desire to work in a fast paced environment. Opens, updates, and closes tickets as required to track progress of mobility cell site trouble resolution. Assists and supports Field Operations as well as MNRC(Mobility Network Reliability Center)and outside vendors. Maintains documentation of daily operations. Follows established policies and procedures. Actively engages with others to understand issues and gather necessary information for ticket resolution. Hours may vary depending on the needs of the business.

Required Skills:
PC skills, typing skills, telephone etiquette, effective oral, Strong MS Excel skills, Strong Analytical skills, highly motivated self-starter with technical, problem-resolution and interpersonal skills, Ability to work independently without supervision, Strong project management, organization, written and verbal communication skills and written skills.

Desired Skills:
Experience in CTS and/or FORCE, Ability to work on multiple internal systems. CTS (or Centralized Ticketing System) is the internal system used to create the work order tickets and FORCE is the system used to dispatch/track the jobs that are dispatched to the outside vendors.
