The Customer Support Specialist will provide Tier-1 technical support for a cross-platform (IOS and Android) mobile messaging app.

OVERVIEW:

- Set up/refine customer ticket handling workflow and processes.
- Write/maintain FAQs and technical support articles
- Respond to customer tickets and log issues in bug tracking system if necessary

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Bachelor s degree (Computer Science or Engineering preferred)
- 3+ years experience in a technical support role in mobile applications area
- Must be very familiar with iOS and Android platforms including log collection, configuration, settings etc.
- Must have prior experience with help desk ticketing/workflow
- Must have excellent written and verbal communications

PREFERRED SKILLS:

- Prior experience with Zendesk a big plus
- Passion for helping and delighting customers
