Customer Service Representative - Temporary Contract (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-Order management from entry until delivery
-Handle customer enquiries such as pricing, stock availability, delays, shipments, etc.
-Handle customer claims
-Manage defective returns
-Liaise with warehouses
-Collaborate with various departments such as finance, supply planning and marketing
-Act as point of contact to the sales team

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-At least first experience in customer service in a similar position within an international company
-Fluent in English
-Good knowledge of Oracle is a plus
-German is a plus
