Customer Service Representative - TEMP (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-Enter sales orders into SAP, verify that terms and conditions of purchase orders are processed accordingly
-Handle customer enquiries (pricing, stock availability, delays, short shipments, etc.) and specific customer requests
-Manage customer claims
-Act as point of contact to the sales team, provide support to sales with documentation, reportsany other languages are an asset
-Good knowledge of SAP
