CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in WILMINGTON, DE.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- As a Customer Service representative you will respond to customer issues that require product knowledge, interpret questions/request and ensure proper resolution in a prompt and courteous manner.
- May initiate customer contact to proactively identify and address customer needs.
- Monitors the resolution process to ensure other departments follow through on requests.
- Domestic/Export: Handle order fulfillment from inquiry/order through receipt of payment to client, the Domestic or Export CSR must demonstrate proficiency and is the point person for anything order related.
- Able to adjust with ease to new conditions and personnel because they must be able to change groups and cover new desks as the business demands

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Exhibit the competence and maturity to encourage confidence from Customers, Businesses, Distributors and Subsidiaries.
- Having a comfort level working with international customers is a plus.
- Ability to identify areas for improvement, implement change, multi-task. Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills to communicate with other CSRs, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product Management, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Warehouse and Transportation and external customers.
- Possess strong computer skills, flexibility, and works well independently as well as a strong team player, quick learner.
- Prefers a working knowledge of SAP-R3 but will consider other business experience at comparable companies.
- Must possess excellent organizational skills to provide accurate follow-up, understand inventory management, ability to understand and promote the strategic business direction to their assigned customers.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel®/PowerPoint®/Word®.
- High School Diploma with at least five (5) years Customer Service Rep experience or recent College Grad with excellent communication skills and strong customer service skills.
