Customer Service Representative Job

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in NEW CENTURY, KS.

What you'll be doing:
- Responsible for the processing customer orders, maintaining customer relationships and providing the requisite documentation to ensure receipt of goods and payment of invoices.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- High school or equivalent education.
- Minimum of three years customer service/order entry experience, with previous data entry and forty-five (45) words per minute typing.
- Knowledge of freight and shipping terms with excellent telephone etiquette.
- Strong communication, organizational and math skills are required.
- Must have superior computer/database skills.
