CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Mountain View, CA.

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Administrative and Customer Service Experience
- International Sales experience
- Financial Analysis/Reporting experience

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Providing administrative support to the international and domestic sales teams
- Customer service administration, preparation of financial analysis and reports of sales order data
- Handling and executing domestic and international orders and shipments
- Completing all necessary documentation, invoices, tracking shipments and updating records
- Reviewing and preparing correspondence, responding to inquiries, etc.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in international business or equivalent
- Five (5) plus years of recent experience in sales or administrative functions in the international arena
- Expert use of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills
