Customer Service Representative II Job

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE II needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in OVERLAND PARK, KS.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Must be able to type above 45+ words per minute
- Computer navigation must be above 85%+
- Strong analytical, problem solving, basic research and time management skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Access) database systems and Adobe

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Duties may include maintaining ongoing relationships, providing support and resolving problems for customers.
- Assisting in studies to determine customer incentives and developing and preparing proposals for customer leads.
- Additional duties may include distributing mail, filing, faxing, copying, and processing forms, typing, preparing reports and auditing documents

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Strong Test Scores (at least 45+ WPM and at least 85+% plus navigation)
- All test scores must be attached to resume
- Strong analytical, problem solving, basic research and time management skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Access) database systems and Adobe
- Detailed documentation and accurate records maintenance

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- College degree preferred but not required
- Working knowledge of DOT regulations and OSHA regulations is preferred but not required
