RESPONSIBILITES:

- Under limited supervision, processes incoming calls.
- Receives, evaluates, and answers customer inquiries (phone) of a moderately complex nature.
- Tasks require some judgment.
- Requires a high school education and two to four years experience.
- Longevity at former company is a plus.

SKILLS:

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
-Must have Call center experience (60 to 100 calls daily)
-Professional and clear telephone etiquette
-Must be fluent (speaking and writing) in English
-Basic customer service and call center skills.
