Customer Service Representative

Provide Customer Support for the Advertiser Onboarding Program.

Duties may include:
an initial inbound or outbound welcome call to the new advertiser, confirmation of contact information including email, review of products, research of advertiser pre-call to make recommendation and edits to online presence, review and update basic website or simple online changes for the advertiser, gather additional business content and information for product fulfillment, order management, and review of what happens next and who to call.
