Customer Service Representative - Bracknell - 12 Month initial contract - £12.38 per hour

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be based in Bracknell on an initial £12.38 per hour.

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our European business across a number of territories. This is an important role that requires an enthusiastic and energetic individual, who is able to work closely with other team members across Europe as well as be self-motivating and capable of independent decision making where appropriate. Although the role is primarily customer service based there is an important element of pre-sales responsibility involved.

Overall Mission

To support existing and new business to achieve Sales targets and Operational goals

Key Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for qualifying leads, dealing with presales requests regarding product availability, delivery times and delivery quotes.
Management of customer orders from receipt to delivery to customer, checking order details, entering on to systems and keeping customer updated on progress.
Liaise with accounts teams regarding customer's credit status and issuing invoices and credit notes.
Create and set up new accounts.
Deal with all post sales queries relating to order fulfilment and product returns.
Raising customer complaints and working with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved

Skills, experience and key capabilities:

Previous experience gained within a Customer Service or sales environment is preferred
Excellent telephone manner, communication and administrative skills essential
2nd Language a plus, ideally German
