We are looking for bright, driven, customer service orientated individuals to join our expanding Customer Operations team in Camberley, Surrey. Working for Alcon means working, for not only the global leader in eye care, but the second largest division of the world's leading global Pharmaceutical Company, Novartis. You will be primarily responsible for processing product orders and customer queries, via all means of communication. You are responsible for your own territory, meaning your customers have you as direct contact to own and manage all their customer support needs. It is vital that you make them feel important and valued each and every time you interact with them. You are required to work with internal departments, such as the sales team, to ensure the customers' needs are met effectively and efficiently, consistently delivering high levels of service.

Main responsibilities

*Processing your customer's orders, working within specific time frames.
*Be a specific point of contact for internal and external customers.
*Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
*Take responsibility for the customer; demonstrate that the customer is at the heart of everything we do.
*Ensure your personal level of knowledge and training is up-to-date and adequate for your role; Earn the enthusiasm and respect of your direct customers through continuous improvement, driven by your passion, integrity, teamwork and innovation.
*Ad hoc administrative duties as and when required.

Hours

Monday to Friday: 9.00 - 17.00 or 9.30 - 17.30
