My client is a world leading pharmaceutical supplier based in Surrey, providing contact lenses solutions to the UK's biggest eye care specialist such as Specsavers, Vision Express and Boots.
We are currently looking for Customer service reps to join our lively, up beat contact centre. Our centre boats some of the best facilities in the industry, ranging from subsidised café to an on-site gym, free parking to free shuttle services to local stations!

As a customer service representative your main duties will include:
*Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and efficiently
*Talking to health care professionals, helping them to place and track orders
*Record details of customer interactions, comments and complaints
*Earn the enthusiasm and respect of the customers through continuous improvement, driven by your passion, integrity, teamwork and innovation

The ideal candidates will possess the following skills:
Communication Skills (oral, written and listening ability): Effectively and efficiently conveys clear, complete and focused information
*Customer Focused: Assigns the highest priority to customer satisfaction; establishes effective relationships with customers, gains trust and respect
*Computer-literate performer with software proficiency covering a variety of applications. Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
*Results Orientated: Demonstrates a high degree of results orientation; drive, enthusiasm and commitment towards achieving results/fulfilling objectives; ability to work under pressure/strict deadlines
*Team player, able to excel at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues; builds positive working relationships to achieve positive goals and business objectives
