Customer Service Representative

Yoh has a contract to hire opportunity for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join our client in Carlsbad, CA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answers incoming calls; assists customers with orders and reorders
- Contacting customers and resolving price discrepancies
- Emailing customers to obtain information and inform them of issue/problem
- Tracking orders for customers
- Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Organizational and follow-up skills
- Must have multi-tasking abilities
- Empathetic listening skills
- Ability to work with others and to be a team player

Preferred Job Skills/Experience/Knowledge:
- Call Center experience is preferred
