Our client is looking for customer service representatives who have a personality that people warm to, a hunger for providing Customer Excellence, the commercial awareness to add value at every opportunity and a passion for treating our customer fairly. As well as having Customer Service experience, a desire to succeed with accurate keyboard skills and our comprehensive training and development will do the rest

KEY DUTIES INCLUDE

- Be available for our customers by taking inbound customer service calls
- Update customer requests and details on our systems
- Working to individual and team targets in a highly motivated, innovative environment
